You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of our Customer + Operational Excellence.

Your primary objective will be to complete the assigned task effectively, efficiently + timely, delivering the highestcustomer excellence + within agreed key performance indicators (KPI).

How you create impact

• To keep track of daily activities + report daily status to your manager.
• To take timely + proactive measures to avoid potential escalations.
• To undertake the transport planning of orders / shipments + forecasting.
• To contribute in improvement initiatives by sharing productivity / improvement ideas related to processes.
• To record + manage deviations / escalations in the day to day processes.
• To ensure visibility of shipments of all kinds, update + follow up on missing statuses in the system.
• To work with different stakeholders to obtain necessary information or documents related to shipmentplanning.
• To validate all the shipping documents + maintain records.
