About the Role

We’re looking for a Dispatch Operations Specialist to join our fast-moving operations team. This role sits at the heart of our delivery network — ensuring flawless daily execution across routes, orders, dispatch, and reporting.

You’ll manage the day-to-day logistics for multiple cities, balancing precision with speed. From auditing orders and assigning routes to troubleshooting delivery issues in real time, you’ll play a key role in making sure every meal reaches our customers smoothly and on time.

This position requires someone who is organized, analytical, and thrives under pressure — a true self-starter who takes ownership and keeps things running even when plans change.

What You’ll Do :

Order & Route Management

• Review, filter, and audit daily orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
• Generate and adjust delivery routes based on driver availability, location, and delivery windows.
• Coordinate preplanned assignments and ensure every order has a confirmed driver or BA (brand ambassador).
• Maintain clear documentation and flag discrepancies in real time.
