We are currently seeking a Salesforce Admin - Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SFDC L2 / L3 Support Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Administration and Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, and minor customizations to ensure smooth Salesforce operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, Lightning components (LWC), and API troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

L2 Support (User & System Administration) :

• Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, resolving L2-level issues related to login, access, reports, and minor configurations.
• Handle security & user management, including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
• Manage data imports, deduplication, and basic data integrity checks.
• Troubleshoot reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.
• Assist in testing and deploying Salesforce updates / releases.
