Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Founder's Office - Sales GTM Lead to work directly with our founder in establishing foundational go-to-market processes and driving enterprise sales growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales strategy of a rapidly growing AI testing platform while working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales GTM & Strategy
- Establish GTM Foundation : Build scalable sales processes, frameworks, and playbooks from ground up
- Enterprise Sales : Drive complex B2B sales cycles with enterprise clients, focusing on AI-first organizations
- Sales Pipeline Development : Create and optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes
- Customer Discovery : Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to refine product-market fit
- Sales Enablement : Develop sales collateral, case studies, and competitive positioning materials
Partnership Development
Strategic Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendorsChannel Development : Build and scale partner channels to accelerate market penetrationEcosystem Engagement : Represent RagaAI at industry events, conferences, and partner meetingsFounder's Office Functions
Strategic Initiatives : Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the founderInvestor Relations Support : Assist in preparing investor updates, pitch materials, and stakeholder communicationsMarket Intelligence : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisionsCross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align GTM effortsRequired Qualifications
Experience : 5-8 years in sales, business development, or GTM roles, with at least 2+ years in a founder's office or similar strategic roleIndustry Expertise : Proven experience in AI / ML industry with strong preference for healthcare verticalbackground (preferred)
Enterprise Sales : Track record of closing complex B2B deals (preferably $100K+ ACV)Partnership Development : Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnershipsEducation : Bachelor's degree from a premier institution; MBA preferredCommunication : Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStartup Experience : Experience in early to growth-stage startups (Series A / B preferred)What We Offer
