About the role : As the Senior Manager – Marketing and Communication at IIMCIP, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the overall strategic direction of the brand and ensuring execution excellence. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand health and visibility. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend creativity and execution to elevate the brand and enable business goals.
Job Responsibilities : Champion the IIMCIP Brand
- Conceptualize brand communication ideas and execute the overall brand strategybased on business goals, marketing and branding trends and stakeholder needs.
- Oversee brand-building initiatives and strategy addressing diverse audiences across channels and platforms to promote the IIMCIP brand
- Ensure brand consistency and resonance across all internal and external touch points, building a cohesive and consistent brand identity.
- Oversee the development of high-impact storytelling and content creation for various channels, creation of press releases, newsletters, website content, and other communication materials.
- Manage digital marketing and oversee social media- Utilize analytics to track and optimize digital campaigns. Oversee development of thought leadership content positioning IIMCIP as an industry expert in Social Impact startup incubation
- Enable the PR mandate within the organization
- Provide the marketing communication support for Events
- Manage marketing campaigns customized to TA and supervise development of marketing collaterals
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and marketing and branding opportunities.
- Leverage data and market insights to understand consumer behaviour and preferences
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) – Improve, innovate and implement new brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure execution excellence by working cross-functionally with product, design, PR, and media teams.
- Coordinate with design and content team internally to drive timely delivery as a function.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders

What we seek
10 – 12 years of experience in managing PR and Marketing Communication, Branding. campaigns across offline and digital platformsStrong analytical mindset with expertise in market research, consumer insights, and brand performance tracking.Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer partnerships, PR, and SEO.Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.Demonstrable experience in developing and executing a full brand and communication strategy from conception to measurement.Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail.MBA or equivalent degree from premier institutesExcellent Stakeholder management, Coordination and Collaboration skillsWillingness to travel as and when requiredCandidate must be based in Kolkata as this is a work in office roleStrong attention to detail.Good Articulation and Proficiency in English.Mail at : [HIDDEN TEXT]
