Roles & Responsibilities :

• Sales targets : Setting and monitoring sales goals for the region and for each team member
• Sales team : Building, leading and mentoring the sales team in the North & East
• Sales strategy : Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region
• Customer relationships : Building and maintaining relationships with customers and growing the business
• Sales data : Relaying sales data and customer insights to operations teams
• Market research : Gathering research about the target market
• Process Excellence : Ensure adherence to the sales process and drive excellence through SFDC utilization
