Scope of the role :
We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Sales Lead to spearhead business development initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the HR services and consulting space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and handling international customers.
Main Responsibility and Activities :
Identify new business opportunities across sectors for HR solutions including staffing, EOR, payroll, compliance.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of international clients and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored for each geography.
Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Delivery, Finance) to create client proposals and pricing models.
Ensure commercial terms are aligned with business objectives.
Maintain CRM and track all sales activities, leads, proposals, and closures.
Share regular reports and dashboards with leadership.
Education Qualification & Skills Required :
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing roles
Demonstrated ability to close B2B deals and manage key accounts.
Has proven experience in handling international customers as part of the sales process
Preferred to have a Strong understanding of HR services (payroll, staffing, EOR, HR tech, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
