End-to-end recruitment for non-IT engineering roles across the US marketSource, screen, and assess candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networkingUnderstand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates with relevant engineering backgroundsConduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate experience, qualifications, and communication skillsNegotiate compensation, job roles, and other offer details in alignment with candidate and client expectationsHandle all coordination with candidates scheduling interviews, managing feedback, and keeping them engaged through the processPerform reference checks and ensure compliance with company / client guidelinesRegular follow-up with offered candidates until onboardingMaintain records, update trackers, and contribute to best practices for team productivityKnowledge, Skills & Attributes :

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US hours
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–4 years of US staffing experience in engineering or non-IT recruitment
- Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, Aerospace, or Energy preferred
