Recruiting and Staffing Director

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic person to lead, scale, and manage our one of our large vertical. The ideal leader should bring in a strong business mindset, deep understanding of the staffing ecosystem, proven experience in driving revenue, and the ability to build high-performing teams.

Key Requirements

• 15–18 years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and business scaling.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience with enterprise accounts.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
• Understanding of hiring across industry in non-IT domains would be an added advantage
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Work Location – Hyderabad ( Work From Office)
