ABOUT THE TEAM :

Tide Accounting is on a mission to end the fear and effort of accounting for micro and small & medium businesses (mSME).

Instead of having to take time to figure out the complicated intricacies of bookkeeping, accounting and taxes, we automate and simplify these things so that mSMEs can focus on what really matters for their businesses (e.g finding customers, delivering great products & services).

ABOUT THE ROLE :

As Lead Product Manager you will :

• Make high-quality decisions and contribute to the product strategy for Tides Accounting & Tax offerings, translating strategy into impact-driven roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, customer support, marketing and country teams, to drive successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
• Organise work and ship products with high velocity that deliver value to our Members.
• Define goals and measure performance to evaluate and understand product value.
• Build alignment on priorities, plans and progress in your team, across other product teams, with stakeholders and the Leadership team.
• Inspire and influence others and yourself to think differently, solve problems, seize opportunities and be passionate about working towards the mission.
