Job descriptionDevelop and Implement HRSD Solutions : Receive, document, and develop requirements for HR Lifecycle event and HR Transitions projects Performance Analytics : Work on HR-related Performance Analytics Dashboards Technical Guidance : Provide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best practices API and Data Integration : Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services Collaboration : Collaborate with ServiceNow Support concerning issues and other technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform ServiceNow Experience : 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform HRSD Experience : Experience within different modules within ServiceNow, including HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, and EC Portal Development Technical Skills : Excellent knowledge and experience developing in JavaScript and on the ServiceNow Platform Certifications : Certified ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Developer Certified (preferred)
