Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :
Understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone / video interviews to assess candidate fit.Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process with professional communication.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.Work closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality hires on time.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.1 year of experience in IT recruitment (either agency or in-house).Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub).Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
