Role : Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – UK Payroll

Experience : 3–6years

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll modules.
• Configure UK payroll elements, Fast Formulas, rates, earnings, deductions, and statutory components.
• Handle end-to-end payroll cycles : Run, Pre-payroll validation, Retro pay, Balance adjustments.
• Work on Absence Management integration with UK Payroll.
• Manage testing : SIT, UAT, Parallel run, Payroll reconciliation.
• Analyze and resolve payroll errors, Retro mismatches, costing issues.
• Work with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL for payroll-related data.
• Ensure compliance with UK Payroll statutory rules (HMRC, RTI, PAYE, NIC etc.).
• Interact with business users, gather requirements, prepare functional documents.
• Support quarterly patch testing and payroll validations.
