Job Title : Oracle HCM Solutions Architect (Compensation & Payroll)
Location : Remote (Must work 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM US Eastern Time)
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of critical solutions within our Oracle Fusion HCM environment.
This role will focus primarily on the Compensation and Payroll modules, with a significant emphasis on migrating to and leveraging the modern Oracle Redwood user experience.
The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, a problem-solver, and a mentor who can drive best practices and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the technical expert for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation and Payroll modules, designing and implementing robust solutions.
- Lead the review and re-architecture of Grade and Grade Ladders setup to optimize the compensation cycle, enabling functionality at the Position level.
- Configure and manage compensation plans for merit and bonus cycles for US, Puerto Rico, and Central American populations.
- Design and enable Redwood-based workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance the user experience.
- Migrate existing processes and customizations to out-of-the-box Redwood functionality.
- Collaborate with business units, including the Compensation team, to gather requirements, provide guidance on "What-If" analysis, and ensure successful implementation and user acceptance testing.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and team members to elevate technical and professional skills.
- Escalate and manage solution defects with Oracle Support.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) :
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Technical Consultant with Oracle Fusion HCM.Proven, recent experience with the Oracle Redwood user experience, including migration projects and customizations.Deep functional and technical expertise in the Compensation and Payroll modules.Extensive hands-on experience configuring Grades, Grade Ladders, Compensation Plans, and Approval Flows.Experience implementing HCM solutions for a multi-country scope (US, Puerto Rico, and / or Central America is a plus).Strong understanding of the end-to-end process from compensation planning to payroll processing.Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
