Key Responsibilities :
Implementation & Configuration :
- Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll modules including setup, configuration, validation, and deployment.
Business Analysis & Process Design :
Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.Payroll Optimization :
Streamline and automate payroll operations to enhance accuracy and compliance with local laws and organizational policies.Testing & Quality Assurance :
Develop and conduct detailed test plans (UAT, SIT) to ensure system reliability and performance before go-live.Training & Support :
Deliver training sessions and documentation for end users.Provide post-implementation support to resolve functional issues and ensure smooth operations.Integration Management :
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM Payroll and other enterprise systems such as Finance or Time & Attendance.Continuous Improvement :
Stay current on Oracles latest product updates and best practices, providing insights and recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll implementation and support.Strong knowledge of Payroll configuration, fast formulas, balance definitions, costing, and element setup.Familiarity with global payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory reporting.Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client interaction.Advanced troubleshooting and analytical abilities to identify and resolve system issues.Strong communication skills both written and verbal to engage effectively with clients and team members.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Oracle Certification in HCM or Payroll will be an added advantage(ref : hirist.tech)
