As an HR Intern, you’ll get hands-on exposure across exciting HR domains and projects that truly make an impact :

• 🎯 Talent Acquisition : Assist in end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding rockstars.
• 💬 Employer Branding : Help us bring Thrillophilia’s culture to life across social media and internal events.
• 🧠 HR Operations : Support employee data management, HRMS updates, and documentation.

• 📊 HR Analytics : Assist in tracking hiring metrics, feedback, and performance data to optimize processes.
