The compensation structure is intentionally designed with a lean fixed salary and a strong variable component, giving high-performing leaders the opportunity to earn far more than typical salaried roles. The selected candidate will also be part of our ESOP programme, aligning long-term wealth creation with company success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Lead hospital acquisition and drive revenue through Medpick’s GPO and procurement solutions.
Build and expand relationships with hospital owners, procurement heads, biomedical teams, and lab administrators.
Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Growth
Build awareness for Medpick across hospitals, conferences, dealer networks, and digital channels.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for demand generation across surgical and laboratory verticals.
Strengthen Medpick’s brand presence in healthcare procurement.
Operations Management
Oversee supply chain operations, vendor coordination, delivery efficiency, and pricing negotiations.
Ensure seamless execution of procurement for member hospitals.
Drive operational excellence using data-driven insights.
