About the Role :
We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Lead & Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules, with a particular focus on Business Process Management (BPM) , in cloud environments ( AWS / GCP ) for Insurance and BFSI clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive integration of ServiceNow with multiple systems / applications , ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align ServiceNow technology with business needs and processes .
- Provide technical leadership , manage project risks, and deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
- Oversee scripting, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices across implementations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.
Key Skills & Experience :
10+ years of overall IT experience , with extensive ServiceNow implementation background.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, framework, data model, and integrations .Expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow APIs & Web Services .Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, large-scale projects
