Job Description – ServiceNow Technical Lead & Implementation Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Lead & Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules, with a particular focus on Business Process Management (BPM) , in cloud environments ( AWS / GCP ) for Insurance and BFSI clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive integration of ServiceNow with multiple systems / applications , ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to align ServiceNow technology with business needs and processes .
• Provide technical leadership , manage project risks, and deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
• Oversee scripting, performance optimization, and adherence to security best practices across implementations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth stakeholder communication.
