• Manage and grow active communities on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Post regular content, reply to comments, questions, and DMs, and keep engagement upbeat and brand aligned.
• Spark genuine conversations and keep discussions positive, helpful, and on topic.
• Track emerging community trends, feedback, and FAQs;

report what people are saying (and what they want more of).
