Key Responsibilities :
Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Promote FTL & PTL services to manufacturers, distributors, and large-scale businesses across sectors.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across different regions of India.
Work closely with the operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
3–5 years of sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry, preferably in FTL / PTL.
Strong understanding of the Indian logistics market.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Willingness to travel as needed across Chennai region.
