Job description3–5 years of sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry, preferably in FTL / PTL. Strong understanding of the Indian logistics market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Willingness to travel as needed across Chennai region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Promote FTL & PTL services to manufacturers, distributors, and large-scale businesses across sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across different regions of India.
- Work closely with the operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
