What You'll Do

As a Talent Development Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of both individuals and teams within across BCG Vantage. You will act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior business leaders, aligning talent development strategies with evolving business priorities. Through personalized 1 : 1 development support, you will support a diverse portfolio of BCG Vantage professionals, enabling them to be successful in their roles and careers.

Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Partnering with Business Leaders

• Serve as a trusted Talent Partner to BCG Vantage PA leadership, understanding their people priorities and tailoring Talent Development offerings accordingly.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to BCG Vantage Business Directors on both team-wide and individual Talent Development matters.
• Identify and communicate developmental themes and patterns across teams, collaborating with leadership to design targeted initiatives.
• Partner with broader BCG Vantage leadership and the People Team to identify cross-PA talent challenges and co-develop practical solutions.
• Play a critical role in the BCG Vantage Career Development Committees (CDCs) and talent reviews, offering guidance on individual development actions.
• Collaborate with BCG Vantage HR leadership to shape and contribute to the overall Talent Development strategy for Vantage.
