Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring efforts across Technology and Product functions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product Management and related tech roles.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and define talent strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing TA team focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Leverage data and insights to optimize sourcing, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in tech / product hiring .Proven track record of hiring for engineering, product, and design roles in high-growth or tech-first companies.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics .Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments .Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive process improvements.Skills Required
