About the Role :
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to lead our clients' digital growth initiatives across paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns, optimizing CAC, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the digital performance marketing strategy across platforms including Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, and emerging channels.
- Own end-to-end campaign management - from planning, budgeting, and execution to optimization and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with product, growth, and creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and funnel optimization.
- Lead experiments and A / B tests to improve conversion rates, retention, and ROAS.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.) to measure impact, identify insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Manage agency and platform partnerships, ensuring best practices and innovations are adopted.
- Build and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists to scale performance initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad tech developments, and consumer behavior to identify new growth 6-10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in consumer tech, D2C, or high-growth digital-first companies.
- Expertise in running large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, Display, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, cohort analysis, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and optimizing CAC / LTV metrics.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, growth loops, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
