Salesforce Solution Architect

Job descriptionAct as a trusted advisor to clients , providing best practice recommendations on Salesforce configurations and architecture strategies . Guide and mentor developers and consultants , ensuring high-quality solution delivery . Stay updated on Salesforce innovations, Data Cloud, and AI advancements to enhance solution offerings . Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and data privacy standards . Translate technical solutions into clear business benefits for stakeholders. Deliver impactful demos and proposal presentations to showcase solution value. Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring customer success. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, best practice documentation, and playbooks . Support pre-sales activities , including RFP responses and solution estimation . Actively participate in mentoring initiatives , supporting women in tech and diversity programs . 5 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud). Strong experience working on large-scale implementations as a Solution Architect . Expertise in designing scalable solutions with complex integrations and automation workflows . Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work with global clients (US & UK markets) and handle different business dynamics . A growth mindset , solution-oriented attitude , and passion for continuous learning . Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Generative AI, and Einstein AI solutions .

- Implement automation strategies to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
