Job Description :

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Based on requirements SA should be able to do end to end solutions.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are well defined and understood.

Should have a process understanding of the Energy and Utility Industry.

Should have the ability to define the right product fitment for Energy and Utility Industry

Should have experience of running blueprinting and discovery phases.

Should be well versed in impact assessments

Should be able to drive the discussion with business / client stakeholders

Should have the ability to define the right product, tools and integration patterns.

Own the strategy and technical solution, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to influence the direction of the business and cross-functional teams on SFDC.

Assist Business Analyst in training and education sessions as needed within the business and across the organization.

EXPECTATIONS :

Advanced skills in Energy and Utility Features, Project Scoping

Applied knowledge of Salesforce Energy and Utility functions.

Salesforce Energy and Utility Cloud certification / accreditation is must

Should be able to do product fitment with respect to E&U Cloud and Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies as related to SFDC

Solution Architect experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

The Solutions Architect should have sound knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales ,Service cloud and E&U Cloud and will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using Force.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems

Expert in analysing applications from the AppExchange or other tools and providing recommendations.

He / She must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage integration

SA should provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies

Should be able to provide data migration strategies.

Should have prior experience on transformation engagement.

Experience on Agile Process and Scrum experience

Should be able to mentor junior team members
