Salesforce Architect

Role : Salesforce Expert / Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Administration :

Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

Customization & Configuration :

Develop custom objects, workflows, process automation, validation rules, and reports.

Development & Integration :

Implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components as needed.

Data Management : Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and optimization within Salesforce.

Business Process Optimization :

Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize Salesforce to improve efficiency.

Third-Party Integrations :

Connect Salesforce with external applications using APIs and middleware.

Troubleshooting & Support :

Provide ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and user training. Upgrades & Enhancements : Stay updated with new Salesforce features and implement relevant improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and best practices.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and database management within Salesforce.

Familiarity with MuleSoft, ETL tools, or other integration platforms is a plus.

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, development, and integration.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect) are preferred.
