Role Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Retention & Growth to drive B2B sales, lead customer retention initiatives, and grow international client relationships in the VoIP domain.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive new business and revenue growth through VoIP sales.
Implement client retention strategies to reduce churn.
Manage key accounts and conduct regular client reviews.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to track performance and customer behavior.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
7+ years in B2B IT / Telecom sales with client retention experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing international accounts.
