Manager - Ash Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities for ash across cement, construction, infrastructure, and mining sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as cement manufacturers, RMC producers, contractors, and brick units.
• Promote the benefits and applications of ash for construction, concrete production, road work, and mine backfilling.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall utilization and disposal strategy of the company's ash generation.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of material to clients.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis , and pricing strategy to improve market reach.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, service quality, and grievance handling.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal review.
