Position Details

Job Title : Quality Assurance Manager

Grade : Deputy Manager / Manager

Location : Hyderabad – Patancheru Plant

Qualification : B.Tech - Mechanical

Experience : 10+ years

Job Description :

• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and American Railroads AAR M 1003 standards.
• Promote customer-specific requirements, conduct customer complaint analysis, and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions across Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety systems.
• Assist in Risk Management activities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and corporate compliance frameworks.
• Lead and coordinate various audits, including PPAP, Customer Audits, Process Audits, Product Audits, and System Audits.
• Handle Management Representative (MR) responsibilities, including reporting to senior management on QMS performance, conducting potential risk analyses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Actively contribute to Quality Control Circle (QCC) teams, Six Sigma projects, ZED cluster programs, and represent the organization in external quality forums.
