What You Will Do
Client Management & Growth
- Be the primary face & voice of BloomX for your brands
- Own revenue, retention, CSAT, and long-term success of each account
- Understand business goals and convert them into roadmaps and measurable KPIs
- Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and drive expansion
Strategy + Execution Leadership
Lead monthly social media and performance marketing strategiesAnalyze market, audience, competitor moves & trends to craft sharp campaignsTranslate briefs into actionable content + media plansReview creatives, scripts, insights, reports before client sharingProject Ownership
Manage internal coordination across Content, Design, Media, Video, AITrack deliverables, deadlines, and budgets — no surprises for clientsMaintain documentation, reporting trackers, MOMs & feedback logsTeam Leadership
Mentor, guide and develop Account Executives / CoordinatorsInspire teams with clear communication, problem-solving & accountabilityRepresent the client internally with clarity and confidenceWhat Success Looks Like

2–5 years of experience in Digital Agency Account Management / Client ServicingStrong understanding of :✓ Social Media Marketing
