Job Overview

As an AVP - Human Resources , you will drive talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and HR reporting. You will play a key role in shaping a high-performing workplace by attracting top talent, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your insights will support strategic decisions, helping us scale a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Retention : Lead recruitment efforts, build a strong candidate pipeline, and implement retention strategies.
• Performance Management & Rewards : Design incentive programs, manage recognition initiatives, and drive a high-performance culture.
• Policy Development : Develop and review HR policies on behaviour, inclusion, compliance, and wellness to meet organisational needs.
• Payroll & Compliance : Ensure accurate payroll processing via HRMS, and make sure Salad Days is compliant with all labour laws.
• Appraisals & Succession Planning : Oversee evaluations, develop fair appraisal policies, and support leadership in employee development.
• Learning & Development : Champion a culture of continuous learning through structured development programs and on-the-job learning initiatives.
• HR Operations & Reporting : Maintain HR records, track key metrics, and provide reports for financial planning.
• Employee Engagement : Plan and manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
