Job Overview
As an AVP - Human Resources , you will drive talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and HR reporting. You will play a key role in shaping a high-performing workplace by attracting top talent, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your insights will support strategic decisions, helping us scale a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Retention : Lead recruitment efforts, build a strong candidate pipeline, and implement retention strategies.
- Performance Management & Rewards : Design incentive programs, manage recognition initiatives, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Policy Development : Develop and review HR policies on behaviour, inclusion, compliance, and wellness to meet organisational needs.
- Payroll & Compliance : Ensure accurate payroll processing via HRMS, and make sure Salad Days is compliant with all labour laws.
- Appraisals & Succession Planning : Oversee evaluations, develop fair appraisal policies, and support leadership in employee development.
- Learning & Development : Champion a culture of continuous learning through structured development programs and on-the-job learning initiatives.
- HR Operations & Reporting : Maintain HR records, track key metrics, and provide reports for financial planning.
- Employee Engagement : Plan and manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
Master's / HR certifications required.Excellent subject matter knowledge in Human Resources.10+ years of HR experience with 5+ in senior leadership.Proven expertise in HR Ops, TA, and L&D.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Notes
This is a full-time on-site role at the Salad Days Corporate Office located in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.Salad Days Corporate office operates for six days in a week.Skills Required
