About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to join our premium Home Furnishing brand’s E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with a strong sales mindset — someone who can convert inquiries into sales while delivering a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chat, and social media .
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales through consultative selling.
- Assist customers in selecting home furnishing products such as bedding, décor, curtains, and accessories .
- Manage post-order support including delivery updates, returns, and payment issues.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment .
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate features effectively to enhance sales.
- Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s premium and customer-first approach .
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce customer service or telesales (preferably in home furnishing, lifestyle, or retail ).Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales over the phone.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .A proactive and solution-oriented attitude.Familiarity with CRM platforms and order management systems is an advantage.Preferred Background :
