Responsibilities :

• Responsible for invoicing, GST and customer portal access, preparing and processing accurate invoices and sales related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, and warehouse, managing billing cycles, resolving customer billing issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including stock entries, sales reports and customer accounts. Proficiency in billing software, MS office and knowledge of GST.
