Role Overview :

Handles recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and overall HR operations. Also would be responsible for supporting the MD in carrying out his day to day operations. This would mean managing the process with the organization and ensuring that all the people stick to the processed designed by the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruitment & Onboarding : Shortlist resumes, schedule interviews, and manage new employee onboarding.
• Payroll & Attendance : Maintain attendance records, process payroll, and manage leave requests.
• Employee Relations & Compliance : Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and ensure company policies follow labor laws.
• HR Records & Documentation : Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR reports.
• Training & Development : Organize training sessions and track employee performance improvements.
• Exit Process : Manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, and handle full & final settlements.
