Role Overview :
You will be playing a critical role in building and nurturing a healthy pipeline with highly qualified opportunities in specific vertical pods and geographies through targeted demand generation strategies.
Why You&aposll Do :
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including cold calls, email campaigns, digital outreach) to generate qualified leads and sell across the Fractal offerings portfolio.
- Nurture potential customers through personalized engagement, including solution demos, sharing relevant case studies, and whitepapers to accelerate interest and movement through the funnel.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline by driving to the top of the funnel with prospect exploratory calls, discovery meetings, and qualification activities to identify and create new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with geo sales teams' post-qualification to develop detailed 'win plans' that maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Fractal Solutions to tailor messaging effectively to address specific customer objectives.
- Partner with Solutions and Practice teams to relay insights and customer feedback throughout the lead-to-deal process to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Act as a brand evangelist for Fractal's offerings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
What You Bring :
5 – 8 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation roles.Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.Proven experience selling Software Products, SaaS, Analytics, or AI-driven Solutions to global markets.Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis.Strong ability to network and engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders within Fortune 500 enterprises.Proven expertise in designing and executing targeted campaigns within defined Account lists.Skilled at qualifying leads and opportunities effectively to increase the probability of closure.Why Join Us :
