Director, System Design Engineering

Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities :

• Understand memory specifications, UFS / PCIe protocols and come up with System design for memory products.
• Deliver memory product design specification documents and test objectives.
• Align the development and validation process with cross-functional teams.
• Create internal and external specifications
• Learn constantly, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of problem-solving.
• Apply critical thinking to the results / data of competitive analysis and provide guidance for product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including ASIC, Firmware, and Validation, to ensure seamless product development.
• Debug Analysis of Product validation issues and come up with the System level solution
