Job description8+ years of experience in core engineering roles (software development, architecture, system design). Proven track record in product-based companies(mobility, logistics, EV, automobile, or early startups preferred). Strong technical expertise in scalable distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and core engineering practices. Experience in building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams. Ability to partner with product leaders, engineering managers, and business stakeholders to drive alignment. Excellent communication and leadership skills to bridge business needs and technical execution. Experience in mobility, logistics, EV, or automobile sectors. Exposure to fast-scaling environments (startup / scale-up experience). Hands-on experience in modern tech stacks (Node.js, Java, Golang, cloud platforms).
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving best practices and technical excellence.
- Translate business needs into product and engineering strategies for seamless delivery.
- Contribute to product strategy with a strong understanding of business goals and customer needs.
- Architect, design, and scale core systems to handle business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to ensure technology enables business success.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
