We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow PA to join our team and drive advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Integrate PA with various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, FSM) to provide real-time insights.
- Define performance indicators, create advanced analytics models, and ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Work closely with OCM teams to ensure smooth adoption of PA solutions across business functions.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and training to stakeholders and end-users.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and best practices to optimize performance analytics capabilities.
Requirements :
5+ years of ServiceNow experience , with at least 3+ years in Performance Analytics (PA) .Strong understanding of KPIs, scorecards, and advanced PA configurations.Hands-on experience integrating PA with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, or ITOM.Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a strong plus.Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles .ServiceNow CSA and PA certification preferred.If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive transformation on the ServiceNow platform, we’d love to connect with you.
