Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-functional background, with extensive hands-on experience in asset management processes, configuration, deployment, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Implementation & Deployment :

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM (HAM, SAM) modules.
• Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources.
