Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong techno-functional background, with extensive hands-on experience in asset management processes, configuration, deployment, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities :
ServiceNow Implementation & Deployment :
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM (HAM, SAM) modules.
- Ensure successful end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Manage and coordinate the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources.
IT Asset Management :
Develop and implement robust asset management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and management of IT assets across their lifecycle.Advise on best practices for HAM and SAM, optimizing asset utilization, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.Configure and customize ITAM modules in ServiceNow to meet client needs and industry standards.Consulting & Client Engagement :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and translating them into technical requirements.Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, offering solutions that drive business value.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels.Process Improvement & Optimization :
Analyze existing ITSM and ITAM processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Collaboration & Leadership :
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.ServiceNow Expertise :
Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM modules, particularly HAM and SAM.Strong understanding of IT asset management processes and best practices.Proven track record in leading ServiceNow implementations from design to deployment.Technical Skills : .
Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and customization.Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP) and data migration.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and certification is highly desirable.Consulting Skills :
