Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the configuration and implementation of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform to support data governance, data cataloging, and data quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with data stewards, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Collibra workflows and configurations.
- Define and manage data domains, assets, glossaries, business rules, and operating models in Collibra.
- Develop and maintain Collibra workflows using BPMN and support custom integrations via Collibra Connect or APIs.
- Perform user onboarding, role / permission management, and training sessions.
- Integrate Collibra with upstream / downstream systems such as data warehouses, ETL tools, BI platforms, and metadata sources.
- Support the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of the Collibra platform.
- Ensure alignment of Collibra implementation with enterprise data governance policies and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Provide documentation and best practices related to Collibra configuration, taxonomy, and workflows.
- Track and report key metrics on data governance maturity and platform usage.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.3+ years of hands-on experience working with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform .Strong understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, data lineage, and data stewardship.Experience with Collibra operating models , asset modeling, and workflow development using BPMN.Familiarity with Collibra Connect , REST APIs, and integration frameworks.Experience integrating Collibra with other tools like Informatica, Alation, Tableau, Snowflake, or cloud data platforms.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Skills Required
