Key Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and make recommendations to determine the root cause of issues.
- Liaise with team managers and technicians on quality issues.
- Identify the root cause and report to the Lead for quality assurance and control.
- Assist EV Maintenance Manager in liaison for technical and quality issues.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electric vehicles using tablets and online programming.
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company regulations after each repair.
- Provide support on parts technical issues and warranty claims when necessary.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager.
