Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive CyberArk Technical Services Engineer Practitioner with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in managing complex CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in upgrading, migrating, and customizing CyberArk solutions. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide expert-level L2 & L3 support for a wide range of CyberArk products.

Key Responsibilities :

• CyberArk Operations and Management : Manage and maintain complex CyberArk PAM infrastructure, including day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Technical Implementation and Upgrades : Lead and execute full lifecycle projects, including performing system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations of core components like Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PSMP.
• Support and Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level L2 & L3 support for issues related to the CyberArk Privileged Account Security and Alero solutions. You will be responsible for resolving issues in the Central Password Manager (CPM) to ensure secure credential management.
• Configuration and Onboarding : Create and manage CPM, PSM connection components and connectors. Onboard new accounts, including bulk accounts using the Password Upload Utility (PUU), and configure them in both lower and production environments.
• Security Policies and Reporting : Implement and enforce a range of security policies, including Dual Control Access Approval, Enforce Check-in / Checkout, and Enforce One Time Password. You will also be responsible for generating and analyzing various reports within CyberArk.
• System Administration and Networking : Demonstrate proficiency in Windows and Unix / Linux operating systems. Possess a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP / IP, DNS, and firewall configurations. You should also be proficient in using PowerShell for troubleshooting and automation.
