Job descriptionMarketing and Communication Skills : Expertise in creating engaging marketing campaigns and effective communication strategies Event Management Experience : 2+ years of experience managing events, including securing sponsors, building relationships, and coordinating logistics Budgeting and Financial Management : Strong skills in budgeting and financial management, with ability to manage event expenses and optimize ROI Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders Organizational and Multitasking Abilities : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
We are seeking a highly skilled Event Sponsorship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing event sponsorship strategies from initial planning and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.

- Develop and implement event sponsorship strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and sponsors
- Manage event logistics and ensure seamless execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver results
- Track and report on sponsorship performance to meet goals and targets
Qualifications :
Experience in the technology industry is a plus, and experience with AI and Web3 events is desired.
