The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. Responsibilities
1. Event Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, OOH, on-ground) to drive ticket sales within budgets.
- Oversee shoots, coverage, and event-day amplification.
- Type of events : concerts / festivals / standup comedy / musicals, etc.
2. Performance Marketing
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook / Instagram; agency coordination as needed.Analyze reports, derive insights, and apply learnings for better ROI.3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Present strategies and insights to leadership.Work with internal teams, agencies, and talent (artists / comedians) to deliver strong creative and marketing outputs.4. Creative & Content Strategy
Brief design / video teams on asset requirements (copy, supers, references).Ensure all assets align with brand and event positioning.5. Sponsorship Support
Build pitch decks and marketing ideas for sponsors.Ideate digital / on-ground brand integrations (fashion, beverages, etc.).Skills :
Proficiency in PowerPoint / Canva for impactful presentations.Working knowledge of Excel for tracking budgets, performance, and reporting.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to derive marketing insights from data.Independent, proactive, and accountable for end-to-end project execution.Confident in engaging directly with artists, comedians, and external stakeholders.Data-driven, with a problem-solving mindset.Creative thinker with the ability to balance analytical insights with marketing innovation.Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
