- Regional Rural Bank (RRB) Channel

- Experience :
- 3–6 years in Sales Strategy, Distribution Support or Key Account Teams
- What You'll Do :
- Manage and develop relationship with RRB Partner banks to drive life insurance business
- Engage with field sales teams to ensure consistent performance & higher productivity benchmarks
- Design Campaigns & business drives for Bank partners as well as Sales Teams
- Manage business MIS, RnR fulfilment and build visibility in coordination with BIU, Marketing, Training, Procurement, Finance, Sales Effectiveness teams
- Analyse various data points & provide inputs to improve efficiencies
- Prepare decks for Review with Management and Bank Leadership
- Support field teams with cross functional coordination as SPOC for RRB Channel
- Provide insights on business growth basis market intelligence & industry best practises
- You Bring :
- Experience in Bancassurance (RRB / PSU bank exposure preferred)
- Strong relationship management and business understanding
- Passion for targets, training, and fieldwork
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree (IRDA certified or willing to certify)
