As a BDE Intern, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Client Communication :
- Communicate with potential and existing clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information about the company's IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
Lead Generation & Management
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and others.Generate and qualify leads by understanding their business needs.Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools.Market Research
Conduct research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities in the IT industry.Assist in preparing reports and presentations for potential clients.Sales Support
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.Follow up on leads and proposals to ensure timely communication and closure.Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and implement business development plans.Provide feedback and insights to improve the client acquisition process.Educational Background
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (students in their final year can also apply).Basic Knowledge
Understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Familiarity with web technologies, mobile applications, and digital marketing concepts is a plus.Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms is a bonus.Soft Skills
