About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a strategic and driven Modern Trade professional to lead sales, key account partnerships, and front-end execution at a national level.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong retail relationships, and loves turning shopper insights into real growth stories.

๐Ÿ”‘ What Youโ€™ll Do

โœจ Lead Joint Business Plans with top retail chains, driving growth and visibility.

๐Ÿ“Š Build and execute channel & customer strategies with the right mix of assortment, promotions, and activations.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Lead and coach a high-performing sales team across regions.

๐Ÿšš Manage distributor partnerships for strong service levels and supply efficiency.

๐ŸงŠ Expand in-store presence and chilled capacity through smart asset deployment.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Ensure sales forecasting, promo calendars, and competitive benchmarking are flawlessly executed.

๐ŸŽ“ MBA / Postgraduate in Business or Marketing

๐Ÿ•” 5+ years in Sales / Marketing, with strong exposure to Modern Trade or Key Account Management

๐Ÿค Strong negotiation & strategic planning skills

๐Ÿ“ Proven leadership in managing teams and channel partners

๐Ÿ’ก Analytical mindset with high commercial acumen
