Job descriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing personalized real estate solutions. Daily tasks include client consultations, property evaluations, market research, and liaising with property developers and clients to facilitate property transactions. The Relationship Manager will also work on maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications :
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in conducting market research and property evaluations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
