System Engineer (WINTEL)

Job description4-8 years of experience in system engineering, specifically with WINTEL environments. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory management. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions and methodologies. Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation. Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer (WINTEL) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement and manage Windows-based systems and servers.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure system security and data integrity by applying best practices and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
